CLASSES/PROGRAMS-MARTIAL ARTS
High Performance Taekwondo has been teaching the communities of East Northport, Huntington, Dix Hills, Commack and Greenlawn the Korean Martial Art of Self-Defense and Self-Improvement since 1999. Our program starts from ages 3 and up. Learn Olympic Style and Traditional Taekwondo, Jujitsu, Self-Confidence, Respect, Discipline, Self-Control, Focus, and a Positive Attitude from a caring and professional academy.
