There's no better way to kick off the most wonderful time of the year than to by going to a Christmas tree lighting, so here are the best tree lighting ceremonies in Rockland County, NY and in Westchester, NY to enjoy with your family!

    Tree Lightings in Rockland

    Christmas Tree and Menorah Lighting 

    WHEN: Thur., Dec. 1, 6pm
    WHERE: Newark Avenue Pedestrian Mall, Newark Avenue, Jersey City, NJ
    WHAT: Join HDSID in celebrating the holiday season with the lighting of the Christmas tree and Hanukkah menorah.

    Nanuet Tree Lighting

    WHEN: Sat., Dec. 3, 5:30-7pm
    WHERE: Orchard Street, Nanuet (across from Nanuet Post Office)
    WHAT: Nanuet’s Tree Lighting Celebration features Santa as the star attraction, food and seasonal festivities.

    Annual Tree Lighting

    WHAT: Sing carols, enjoy hot chocolate and help Santa count down to the tree lighting. Bring a donation for the Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry.
